Conditions and Rules of the Ballyfoyle Agricultural Show

• By entering into a class or classes, exhibitors are agreeing to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the the Ballyfoyle Agricultural Show in respect of all Exhibits or Competitions.

• No responsibility will be taken by the Ballyfoyle Agricultural Show or landowners for any loss or accident to the general public to exhibits or exhibitors while on the show grounds.

•  The Ballyfoyle Agricultural Show the right to cancel or change classes.

• If there are less than three entries in any class, the class will be cancelled or merged with another class

• Entry fees are non – refundable, except at the discretion of the Show Committee

• The Judges decision is final

• Objections concerning show classes or any other matter relevant to the show should be made in  with a deposit of €50.00 and lodged to the Secretaries Office no later than 30 minutes after the incident occurred, this is refundable in the event of the objection being upheld

• If there is a fall of horse/pony or rider, they are not permitted to proceed in the class. They will be asked to leave the class.

• Body protectors and approved headwear must be worn in Working Hunter classes in the ridden phase

• All handlers or jockeys in Rings 1 & 5 must be 16 years and older except where noted

• Competitors must have passports available when competing in qualifiers, The passport numbers may be recorded on the qualifying dates and then must be produced and confirmed on the day of the final

• Passports may also be requested for breed specific classes to confirm breeding
